Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the address. Address updates can only be made before the order has been dispatched, which typically occurs on the same day or the next business day. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the parcel is on its way.

What should I do if there is a missing or incorrect item in my delivery?

While we strive for perfection, human errors can occasionally occur. If you receive a delivery with a missing or incorrect item, please take a picture of what you received and send us an email at info@helloStrap.com so that we can promptly address the issue.

Can I return my order, and if so, what are the steps to do so?

Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. No questions asked. To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in new condition and in its original packaging.

I've ordered the wrong size/item, how can I arrange an exchange?

Do I have to pay for the return postage?

We cover the cost of return/exchange postage for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly received items. However, for any other reason, you will need to arrange your own return/exchange postage.

My item looks different from the website pictures

Please note that colors/shades may appear different due to product photography and lighting conditions, and they may also vary on different device screens. Returns based on this reason (color/shade variation) are classified as a change of mind when submitting your return request on our website.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item(s). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed, and it may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

12 Month Replacement Warranty

Are all items covered by the replacement warranty?

Yes, all our items come with a 12-month replacement warranty. This means that if there is a quality issue within 12 months of receiving the item(s), we will send you a new one. Please be aware that damage caused by non-natural factors, such as drops, impacts, or scratches, is not covered by this warranty.

*Note: Fragile items, such as tempered glass, may break due to accidental impacts or drops during normal use, and such occurrences are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.
