Exchange:

Return:

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. No questions asked. To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in new condition and in its original packaging.

We cover the cost of return/exchange postage for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly received items. However, for any other reason, you will need to arrange your own return/exchange postage.

We refund shipping costs only for parcels confirmed as lost in transit by the courier. Unfortunately, no refunds on shipping are provided by the courier in any other situation.
